What do the statuses in my account mean?

  • ‘Awaiting approval’ (on hold): Your order will have this status if the sale has not yet been approved by the sales team of Worldticketshop and / or fraud team request that the buyer provides additional information to guarantee a successful payment.
  • ‘Pending’ (in progress):Your order will have this status if the order has been approved by the Worldticketshop sales team and is ready to be completed by the seller.
  • ‘Rejected’ (rejected):Your order will have this status when the sale has not passed Worldticketshop  fraud control and / or payment has not been received by Worldticketshop.

The following labels can be added to the  'rejected' status:

‘Event cancelled’ (event cancelled): Your order will have this label if the event is cancelled;
‘Event postponed’ (event postponed): Your order will have this label if the event was postponed;
‘Fraud check ’ (fraud check failed): Your order will have this label if it has not or not timely passed the fraud check.
‘Failed order’ (issue):Your order will have this status if it appears that the seller cannot deliver the tickets or cannot deliver the exact same tickets as listed on Worldticketshop or when three days before the event the proper tracking information has yet to be received;

The following labels can added to the "failed order" status:
 ‘Downgrade’ (downgrade): Your order will have this label if the agreed tickets cannot be delivered to the buyer and a downgrade is offered;
‘Non delivery’(not delivered) Your order will have this label if it is not or not timely delivered;
‘Tracking data missing’ (tracking data missing):You order will have this label if there is no proper tracking information or a complete proof of delivery is not provided.
