When does payment take place?
We will pay you the selling price of your tickets 14 working days after the event has taken place and when you have provided the correct tracking information in your seller account or a ‘proof of delivery’ of your shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
In which way will payment take place?
We will make payment to you into the bank account number or Paypal account that you have provided.
Can I view the status of my payments?
You can view the balance of your payments. Worldticketshop aims to effectuate any outstanding payments at that moment every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
How much commission does Worldticketshop charge?
Selling tickets via the trade platform is entirely free of charge. However, Worldticketshop does charge a 7,5% selling commission excluding VAT on the price filled in by the seller. This means that the selling price on the website is the price asked by the seller including sales commission and VAT. However, as a seller Worldticketshop will only pay you the selling price you ask for.
I have sold tickets for an event which has been cancelled, what do I do?
When you have sold tickets for an event which is cancelled, the label ‘event cancelled’ will be added to your sales order and the status of your payment will be changed to ‘payment suspended’. The status of your sales order will be changed to ‘disapproved.’
The sales team will notify you as soon as possible of the completion.
When you have already received the payment for your tickets, Worldticketshop will offset the amount of your asking price against a future payment or charge your credit card with the same amount.
I have sold tickets for an event that has been postponed, what do I do?
When you have sold tickets for an event that has been postponed, the label ‘event postponed’ will be added to your sales order. Tickets preserve validity for the new date.
I have made a mistake in my ticket placement and the tickets have been sold, what do I do?
When you have made a mistake in your ticket placement and your tickets have been sold in the meantime, we request that you contact the Worldticketshop sales team so that the status of your order within your selling account can be changed to ‘unfulfilled order’.
We will then try to look for a solution in co-operation with you.
I have received a sales order, but the tickets are no longer available, what do I do?
Have your tickets already been sold, but does it turn out that you are not able to deliver the tickets or the agreed tickets? Then we request that you contact the Worldticketshop sales team so that the status of your sales order can be changed to ‘unfulfilled order’ as soon as possible. In consultation with the sales team you can then discuss if you may be able to deliver alternative tickets or that delivery is not possible at all. The Worldticketshop sales team is responsible for the communication to the buyer.
Should it appear that delivery of the tickets is not possible, then the buyer is entitled to a 120% refund of the purchase amount including shipping costs under the terms and the conditions of the buyer guarantee. Worldticketshop will charge the seller’s credit card with a fine of 120% of the sale price including shipping costs plus a penalty of € 60 per order.
Can I also send my own promotional material with the ticket shipment?
Worldticketshop is a trade platform that brings buyers and sellers into contact. For this reason it is not allowed to send the buyer your business card together with your tickets. Should it become clear that you have sent the buyer your own promotion material, Worldticketshop will be entitled to effectuate its penalty policy and suspend payment to the seller.
I cannot deliver the agreed upon tickets, but I do have similar tickets, can I also send them?
If you are not able to deliver the agreed upon tickets you can contact the Worldticketshop sales team and they will adjust your status to 'non-compliance order"
In consultation with the customer it will be determined if the seller is able to deliver similar tickets. When the buyer accepts the offer, the tickets plus a 20% compensation towards the selling price will be refunded. Worldticketshop will charge the credit card of the seller a fine of 30% of the purchase price including fees in accordance with its penalty policy.
