How do I know if the buyer has received the tickets?

We do not ask the buyer to indicate that the tickets have been received. However, the buyer does have a seven-day period in which the tickets may be checked. Should the buyer have a complaint about your tickets, a complaint may be filed at Worldticketshop within seven days. Worldticketshop will start an investigation into the complaint and postpone payment to you until that time.
