Dispatch of my tickets is not possible because the tickets have been released shortly before the event, what should I do?
When the tickets of your sales order have only been released prior to the event then a timely shipment is not always possible. You can then consult the Worldticketshop sales team to choose an alternate shipping method. Here there is a choice between local delivery and pickup. To inform the buyer promptly regarding the appropriate delivery date or shipping method, we request that any changes be updated no later than seven days before the event in your seller account. An automatic e-mail notification of the amendment will then be sent to the buyer.
