Worldticketshop is a young and dynamic (internet) organization specialized in hard-to-get and sold-out tickets for events all over the world. For our office in the centre of Groningen we are looking for qualified persons to apply for the position of:

Experienced Sales Assistant

Job description:
As a sales assistant you will work as a member of the sales team and responsible for processing the internet sales. In order to do so, you will answer the phone and incoming emails, as clients from all over the world purchase tickets. In addition, you will assist in administrative activities and update the website.

Requirements:
- Intelligent and well-educated.
- Fluent in English, German, Spanish or Russian is a plus.
- Very good communicative and social skills.
- Ability to effictively communicate verbally as well in written.
- Able to work in a team under a stressful deadline environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good administrative and auditorial skills.
- Affinity with music, sports and entertainment is a must.
