We provide tickets to a lot of different events held at many different venues and arranged by many different organisations. This means that for different tickets, a lot of different ways of categorisation are used. In order to keep the information on our website uniform and clear, we only use two different categories. These may be different than the categories used by the organiser of the event, and thus the category specified on the ticket may also be different than the category you have ordered at our website. Our categorisation works as follows:
| Category 1: | The best tickets that we have available; these are excellent places with very good view. |
| Category 2: | These tickets are cheaper, but these places are often more to the rear of the venue and will therefore not have as good a view as our category 1 tickets. |
As soon as we do have exact information about for example the particular blocks we have tickets for, we update our website as soon as possible.
