Yes, if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be refunded 100% of the total purchase price of the tickets or you will be offered similar replacement tickets on the basis of availability. In order to qualify for a claim under the Buyer Guarantee, the buyer must contact Worldticketshop Customer Service within 5 days after the official announcement of the cancellation of the event. If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you have problems with the date and time on which the event is rescheduled, this is regrettably not our responsibility and outside of our sphere of influence.
