Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Tickets
About Worldticketshop Worldticketshop is a platform on which Worldticketshop supplies the service which facilitates the buying and selling of tickets between buyers and sellers.
Worldticketshop By using the service on the Worldticketshop websites (http//:www.worldticketshop.nl and other related websites on which these terms and conditions for buying tickets are published from time to time, and to which these terms and conditions apply), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in relation to the purchase of tickets.

We are not affiliated in any way with any booking office or event organiser.
Acceptance By using the service on the Worldticketshop websites (http://www.worldticketshop.nl and other related websites on which these terms and conditions for buying tickets are published from time to time) and/or placing an order or registering a personal profile at Worldticketshop, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions for buying tickets.
2. BUYING TICKETS
Buying tickets In order to buy tickets from the Worldticketshop marketplace, the buyer must follow the ordering process set out on the Worldticketshop website. A contract will form between the buyer and the seller of the tickets and be binding on both parties when the buyer accepts the seller's offer as detailed on the Worldticketshop marketplace. The buyer must comply with the payment terms of the ordering process (located at www.worldticketshop.com/payment_methods). The buyer must also provide Worldticketshop with a correct email address.
The buyer may contact Worldticketshop if, following acceptance of the seller's offer to sell tickets, no order confirmation is received within 24 hours of the acceptance by the buyer.
Subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, once the buyer has accepted the seller's offer, the order is final and cannot be cancelled by the buyer or the seller.
Fraud control An order may be cancelled by Worldticketshop within 3 working days (calculated in accordance with working practices in the Netherlands) if there are reasonable grounds for Worldticketshop to suspect fraudulent activities in respect of the order.
Prices Worldticketshop has no responsibility for the price of the tickets being sold on the Worldticketshop marketplace and prices are entirely at the seller's discretion. Prices offered by sellers on the Worldticketshop marketplace do not cover (i) the transactions fee; (ii) delivery costs; (iii) any applicable VAT and (iv) any other costs or taxes which are applicable at the time, all of which are payable by the buyer in additional to the ticket price.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT THE TICKETS
Parties in agreement Worldticketshop shall not be held responsible for transactions taking place on the Worldticketshop marketplace between buyers and sellers, nor does it accept any form of ownership of or risk in the tickets that are offered for sale by sellers on the Worldticketshop marketplace.
Alterations Worldticketshop shall not be held responsible for any changes with respect to the event to which the tickets bought by the buyer relate. The tickets bought are tickets for the specific fixture bought not necessarily for the date stated on the website at the time of purchase. Any order placed will remain in effect regardless of possible changes to the event date or venue. Other then as set out in the buyer guarantee Worldticketshop shall not be responsible in any way for information regarding seat allocation of tickets which has been provided by the seller to the buyer.
Football tickets Event dates and times printed on the face of the football tickets are always subject to change. In fact, it happens frequently, so it is important that you check with the venue or local media regularly for the correct time and date – yes, sometimes they will move the date of the matches. If you are maing travel arrangements it is advisable to give yourself a day on each side so you have the flexibility should the date change. We have absolutely no control over this whatsoever so we cannot offer refunds if there are changes to the dates and times. Also, tickets are always for the home team section unless stated otherwise by the seller.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF TICKETS
Payment Payment is made by the buyer to Worldticketshop in one of the ways and using one of the methods indicated by Worldticketshop from time to time. The buyer authorises Worldticketshop to charge the credit card or debit card indicated by the buyer with an amount that is equal to the price, transaction fee and delivery costs. Worldticketshop is entitled to charge the applicable VAT on its costs as well as any other taxes which are applicable at the time. The authorisation given by the buyer remains valid until the order in respect of which the authorisation has been given has been fulfilled by both the buyer and the seller or the order has been cancelled. Payment of the order will be taken immediately by Worldticketshop.
Delivery of tickets Tickets are dispatched, unless otherwise specified, using the UPS system indicated on the Worldticketshop marketplace website and is at the expense of the buyer. The buyer will be notified by the seller when the tickets have been dispatched by the seller and the seller will provide the buyer with a tracking number for the dispatched tickets.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to indicate a correct delivery address for the tickets to be sent to and to correctly inform the occupant of or reception located at, that address about the receipt of the shipment. If UPS (or any other shipping agent as the case may be) is unable to deliver the shipment to the buyer in person, the shipment will be sent to the nearest distribution office where the shipment will be retained for no longer then 5 days, and, in the case of a UPS delivery, will be returned to the seller after three failed delivery attempts. In this case, the shipping agent will leave written evidence behind at the delivery address of its attempts to deliver the tickets.
Non-compliance Worldticketshop is not involved in the actual transaction between buyer and seller and has no responsibility in respect of the transaction. If the tickets received by the buyer do not meet the description of the tickets given by the seller on the Worldticketshop marketplace, the buyer shall be entitled to compensation or replacement tickets or better tickets in accordance with the buyer guarantee
Failed delivery due to buyer If a ticket buyer provides an incorrect address or does not accept, pick up or have the ticket picked up from the distribution office, and the buyer has been notified beforehand of the shipment, then the unvisited event to which the tickets relate will be at the risk and expense of the buyer. The cost of re-sending the tickets shall be met by the buyer.
Failed delivery due to seller Worldticketshop shall not be held responsible for delivery of the tickets. Where the tickets have not been delivered by the date they should have been delivered the buyer should notify Worldticketshop in accordance with the buyer guarantee: (http://www.worldticketshop.com/buyer_guarantee). Failure by the buyer to notify Worldticketshop may result in the buyer losing all of its rights in respect of the non-delivery.
Conformity of the tickets with the seller's description Worldticketshop shall not be held responsible if the tickets delivered are not valid and/or do not confirm to the seller's description of the tickets. Worldticketshop merely makes the Worldticketshop marketplace available for the purchasing and selling of tickets. Should the tickets purchased by the buyer fail to provide access to the event or not meet the description of the tickets given by the seller, then the buyer will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the in the buyer guarantee:
5. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
Event Cancellation It is at the risk of the buyer should an event for which a seller has sold tickets be cancelled if such cancellation is not attributable to the actions of the seller. Where cancellation is attributable to the seller, the buyer shall be entitled to refund in accordance with the buyer guarantee:
If an event is rescheduled and the tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date, the buyer will have no right to a refund or exchange in respect of the tickets purchased for the rescheduled event.

Buyer Guarantee The Worldticketshop buyer guarantee applies to any tickets purchased by the buyer from the Worldticketshop marketplace:
Liability Limitation To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldticketshop shall have no liability to the buyer or any third party in respect of use of or reliance upon the services, the website, any malfunction of the services or the marketplace website or the offer of or sale of the ticket(s) by the seller to the buyer.
Consequential Damage Worldticketshop explicitly disclaims any responsibility for any special, consequential, incidental or moral damage including but not limited to indirect damage and damage which may be caused by services, the marketplace website or malfunction of the service or marketplace website provided by Worldticketshop. When exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages is not permitted and in all other circumstances the liability of Worldticketshop is limited to no more than the total purchase price of the tickets purchased by the buyer.
Safeguard Worldticketshop is not involved in the transaction between a seller and the buyer. Should a conflict arise between a seller and the buyer, then this agreement will safeguard Worldticketshop and all managers, directors, agents, affiliates, partners and employees of Worldticketshop and the buyer will be liable to compensate Worldticketshop in full for each known and unknown type of claim, demand and damage that result from such disputes or others that are connected with them.
Alterations of agreement Worldticketshop reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions for buying tickets at any time and any such alterations will be effective immediately upon publication on the Worldticketshop website (unless otherwise stated). Therefore Worldticketshop strongly recommends that the buyer checks these terms and conditions each time they intend to purchase tickets from the Worldticketshop marketplace.
Use of the Worldticketshop marketplace website The Worldticketshop marketplace website is provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability or functionality. Worldticketshop reserves the right to adjust, shut down or make temporarily inaccessible the website or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
No agency The buyer and Worldticketshop are independent parties and nothing in these terms and conditions in intended to create an agency relationship, partnership or joint venture between the buyer and Worldticketshop.
Entire Agreement These terms and conditions and all documents referred to in them, set out the full agreement between Worldticketshop and the buyer and override all previous agreements between Worldticketshop and the buyer (both oral and in writing).
Variation No alteration, adjustment or addition of a provision of these terms and conditions shall be valid or take effect unless explicitly agreed in writing in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Severance If a provision within these terms and conditions is considered invalid or inapplicable under whatever circumstance, the application in other situations as well as the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain valid to the fullest extent possible and/or permissible.
Intellectual property The buyer acknowledges that Worldticketshop exclusively owns or is the valid licensee of all the rights, titles and worldwide interests as well as the intrinsic worth of the Worldticketshop name and brand and the Worldticketshop websites. Worldticketshop reserves all rights and the buyer will not have any right, title or interest in Worldticketshop name and brand and the Worldticketshop websites other then as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.
Applicable law Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Insofar as deviation from the statutory rules of competence is permitted, the authorised Judge within the District of Groningen shall have the exclusive right to examine any litigation that may arise between Worldticketshop and the buyer.
