UPS has tried to deliver my tickets to me three times already but I wasn't available. Where are my tickets?

When your tickets are returned to Worldticketshop after three failed UPS delivery attempts, then we assume that you have waived the receipt. Based on this, unfortunately, no compensation is available for your tickets.
When a new UPS delivery is still possible before the date of the event, then please contact us. For tickets that need to be resent we will, in most cases, have to charge for postage again.
