Unfortunately, I am not able to travel to the event because I am ill and have changed my plans at the last minute, can I return the tickets?
It is not possible to return, cancel or swap your tickets, since your order has already been guaranteed to the seller.
To claim your refund through TicketCover if unable to attend due to an accident, bodily injury or illness then please send an email to email@example.com. Please note that additional documents may be required.
We advise you, when you have already received the tickets, to offer them for sale to other interested parties via our platform.
