If I experience problems with the payment of the tickets on the website, what do I do?
Have a look at the list of frequently occurring problems with the payment of your tickets.
- Have you filled in the right CVC code? This is the three-digit code on the back of your credit card (American Express: four-digit code on the front).
- is your credit card still valid or has the expiry date of your credit card already passed?
- Has the limit on your credit card already been reached?
