I understand that someone needs to sign for receipt of the tickets, but I will not be at home all day, what do I do?
When the seller has sent you the tickets, you will receive an email containing the tracking details enabling you to track the shipment. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a notification with the date on which the next attempt will take place. The tickets will be sent to the nearest distribution office after three failed attempts, and, in the case of UPS shipment, will be returned to the seller after three failed delivery attempts. In order for you to receive the tickets again, Worldticketshop will contact you regarding the payment of the extra shipping costs.
