I have received the wrong tickets, what do I do?
We advise you to carefully check your tickets on receipt. It may be that the seller has delivered better tickets and/or replacement tickets to you. The best way of checking this is to look at the venue map. According to the general terms and conditions of sale it is allowed to deliver better tickets and/or replacement tickets.
When you think you do have received the wrong tickets, please send an email to email@example.com with a scan of the ticket attached. Our Customer Care will look into the situation directly and, if possible, will arrange for the right tickets to be sent to you or offer you a discount on the tickets received by you.
