I have bought tickets for an event which is postponed.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or swap your ticket when you cannot make the new date. Of course, you can always sell your tickets via the trade platform when you already have them in possession.
If you have used the TicketCover we ask you to email your request for a refund to firstname.lastname@example.org.
