How can I submit a claim under the Worldticketshop TicketCover?

If you have chosen the TicketCover reimbursement and you wish to make a claim, we ask you to send your request for a refund to wts@hcsww.com.

In the event that you wish to apply for the reimbursement of the cost of your ticket due to the reasons referred above, notify Worldticketshop at the email address above as soon as possible and in any circumstances within 3 working days of the incident which leads to a claim being made.
