When you purchase your tickets on the Worldticketshop website, you benefit from the following guarantees:
- Your tickets will be 100% authentic.
- You will receive your tickets in time for the event.
- You will be entitled to a refund or replacement tickets in case the event is cancelled.
In order to benefit from the Buyer Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
If the tickets you have received appear to be fraudulent and/or admission to the event is denied:
The buyer will be asked to return the tickets with a prepaid FedEx shipping label available from Worldticketshop along with a ticket return form. Worldticketshop will refund the buyer 120% of the purchase price.
+ Steps to follow: The buyer must contact the Worldticketshop customer service desk within 5 working days after the event has taken place.
If the tickets have not been delivered in time:
Worldticketshop will start an investigation to locate the tickets and to determine whether Worldticketshop has failed to send the tickets in time. The buyer shall not be entitled to a refund if there has been a failure in the delivery of the tickets by FedEx or any local courier. If Worldticketshop is at fault, Worldticketshop will refund the buyer 120% of the purchase price.
+ Steps to follow: The buyer must contact the Worldticketshop customer service desk within 5 working days after the tickets should have been delivered.
If the event is cancelled:
If the event is cancelled, Worldticketshop will offer the buyer similar replacement tickets on the basis of availability or refund the buyer 100% of the purchase price unless the cancellation is the result of force majeure, and Worldticketshop itself is unable to arrange a refund of the purchase price of the tickets. The replacement tickets will only be sent once the originally purchased tickets have been returned by the buyer by registered post.
+ Steps to follow: The buyer must contact the Worldticketshop customer service desk within 5 days after the announcement of the cancellation of the event.
This guarantee leaves intact the remaining rights to which the buyer is entitled.
